Executive Director  (Full Time)

Korean American Family Services (KFAM) is a culturally specific non-profit organization specializing in the needs of underserved Korean and Asian immigrant families through 4 key programs: 1) Counseling, 2) Domestic Violence, 3) Asian Foster Family Initiative, and 4) Child & Adult Wellness. KFAM is seeking a dynamic Executive Director (ED) to lead this $6M+, 43-staff organization. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the ED leads KFAM in serving its mission, goals and objectives. The ED is responsible for the overall successful operation and performance of the organization, including overseeing fundraising and programs, as well as ensuring its financial and operational health.Position may require some evening and weekend hours on occasion. Clinical Counselor (Full Time)

KFAM AFFI is the only Foster Family Agency (FFA) in the nation specializing in recruiting, training and supporting Asian Pacific Islander (API) Resource (foster) Parents to provide culturally appropriate homes for API and other foster children. Korean Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (Full Time)

Korean American Family Services is a non-profit organization seeking a Korean bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to work under the direction to the Executive Management Team. This individual is responsible for providing Human Resources support to all employees and departments, such as maintaining employee records and files, processing payroll and benefits, staff on-boarding/off-boarding and compliance training.
