CERTIFICATE &
APPLICATION PACKET
Upon completing steps 1A, 1B, and 1C, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and the application packet.
Step 3
SIGN UP FOR RFA TRAINING
Once you have received a copy of your certificate, you can RSVP for the 20-hour RFA training and start submitting application forms.
